Tico's is our go to place on Saturday for the best shrimp tacos with a side of the most delicious refried beans . Our favorite restaurant in Salinas for over twenty years. Service is first class and we feel we have become like family with Claudia, Maria, Natalie, and Carmen
I go for the beans in a tostada shell and chips and salsa. Best in town! The cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. Chili verde. The salsa bar is always stocked. This place is kept clean. If the parking lot is full don't let that scare you. Service is fast and the wait is minimal. The food is excellent and the prices are fair. About $15-20 a person.
